We are currently seeking a FULL TIME Logistics Project Manager
D3 is a New York based branch of Diam international, an industry leader in retail displays for prestige and luxury brands. We provide merchandising solutions for all types of distribution. We develop brand projects from A to Z, including consulting, design, production, installation, and in-store services. Project research, development, and manufacturing all happen onsite with support from local and international vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments
- Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per clients’ criteria
- Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs
- Negotiate rates with carriers
- Work directly with our internal teams, carriers, and packing/warehouse partners to ensure orders are correct and being packed shipped timely
- Act as liaison between carriers, overseas offices, suppliers, forwarders, brokers and warehouses, working closely to ensure smooth flow of product from origin to destination
- Person will frequently be required to use hands to handle or move products, reach with hands and arms, climb ladders and stairs, balance; and stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee frequently will have to lift, move, or carry up to 50 pounds.

Person must possess good organizational skills, professional attitude, and the ability to work without close supervision.
Person must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Person must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs and experience with computer-based ERP systems is highly preferred.
Experience in the manufacturing environment .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
