Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Second Shift | $38–$39/hr
Location: Saint Albans, VT
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $38 – $39 per hour
Are you a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking a stable, fulfilling role in long-term care? We're looking for a dedicated nurse to join our team in Saint Albans, VT on the second shift—bringing comfort, care, and clinical excellence to our residents.
Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with individual care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and document residents' conditions and report significant changes
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of Vermont
- Experience in long-term care preferred but not required
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Dedication to compassionate, resident-centered care
