We currently have an openings on day shift or night shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and/or Registered Nurse (RN).

Stonebridge Nursing and Rehabilitation's primary focus is on providing a homelike environment with excellent standards of care and trust for both residents and their families.

We are seeking applicants for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and/or Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure the upmost quality of care of our residents is met and in compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate requirements.

• Graduate from an approved school of nursing required
• CPR Certification required
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license required
• Able to follow written and oral directions
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Demonstrate dependability
• Required license or certification:
• $7,500 sign on bonus for FT, paid out monthly over 2 years.
