Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care .The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care while adhering to established protocols and standards.
Duties
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Provide care for patients in various settings, including behavioral health, and hospice care.
- Perform sterile processing of medical equipment and supplies.
- Document patient information accurately using ICD-10 coding for billing and record-keeping purposes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Experience
- Previous experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with behavioral health practices is a plus.
- Experience administering injections and performing sterile processing is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in hospice is a valued asset.

Pay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
