Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across diverse settings, including acute care, long-term care, and emergency situations.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on medical history and current health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
- Participate in discharge planning and case management to ensure continuity of care post-hospitalization.
Pay: $39.00 - $47.00 per hour
