We are searching for a Licensed Practical Nurse to work with our company in a long term care facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct and indirect patient care, providing support for patients, staff and physicians; this position is flexible and offers rewarding opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Take and record patient's medical history and vital signs.
- Maintain and document care plan.
- Provide patients with personal care services.
- Administer medicines and other treatment to patients.
- Work as part of a team.
- Follow infection control measures.
- Two 16 hours shifts a weekend
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
