Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings. As an LPN or RN, you will play a vital role in patient care, assisting with daily activities and ensuring that patients receive the highest standards of care. Your expertise in nursing will be essential in providing effective support to our nursing staff and physicians.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Assist and monitor their vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Perform catheter care and assist with other personal hygiene needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Point Click Care and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
Experience
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly Point Click Care, is desirable.
- Strong understanding of nursing standards and best practices related to patient care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
