Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and diagnostics, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, and other essential tasks to ensure the optimal performance of vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various makes and models of vehicles.
- Conduct fluid level checks and top-offs, including engine oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and coolant.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs or services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers regarding service recommendations and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to ensure timely completion of services.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership standards while performing tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar automotive role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive repair.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics is a plus.
- Ability to align vehicles properly as part of routine maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and sales recommendations.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are advantageous.
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
