Your Role as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
In this vital position, you’ll be hands-on in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your compassion and expertise will help them regain stability, hope, and overall well-being. As an LVN at Ceryx Management, you will:
- Provide Compassionate, Skilled Nursing Care: Deliver supportive, person-centered care to each resident.
- Administer Medications & Treatments: Pay close attention to detail when managing prescriptions and therapies.
- Monitor & Document Health Changes: Stay vigilant about residents’ conditions, updating records accurately.
- Collaborate with Our Healthcare Team: Work closely with RNs, physicians, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Support Residents’ Daily Healthcare Needs: Assist with daily health maintenance and empower residents to participate in their own well-being.
- Create a Positive, Healing Environment: Foster a space where residents feel safe, respected, and motivated to heal.
- Maintain Accurate Medical Records: Keep organized, up-to-date documentation of treatments and outcomes.
- Participate in Care Planning: Contribute insights and observations to develop personalized care plans for each resident.
What You Bring
- Required:
- Current California LVN license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, professional demeanor
- Preferred:
- Previous experience with vulnerable populations
- 3+ years of LVN experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Familiarity with community health settings
