Ecore is looking for dedicated individuals to join our 1st shift team in Ozark, AL. If you're passionate about manufacturing and want to be a part of our innovative upcycled rubber products division, this is your opportunity.
1st Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, with occasional overtime
Systems Operator Pay Range: Starting at $18.00/hour and up, based on experience
Core Essentials:Safety & Team Coordination:
- Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
- Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
- Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches
- Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
- Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
- Take manual measurements to ensure high quality
- Participate in regular training sessions
- Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities
- High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
- Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you’re assigned
- Need to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
