Job Summary
We’re hiring Machine Operators to join our production team in Manchester, NH. In this role, you'll operate automated packaging equipment, monitor product quality, and help maintain our high safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain automated packaging equipment
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and shutdowns
- Inspect product quality and remove any defective items
- Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime
- Optimize machine performance and reduce waste
- Track production data and follow all SOPs and SSOPs
- Collaborate with team members on the production line
- Train and support other operators when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food safety procedures
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience with automated machinery (preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow procedures and prioritize safety
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Stand, bend, and twist for full shifts
- Lift 30–40 pounds regularly
- Work in environments with fluctuating temperatures (hot/cold)
- Wear PPE and follow safety guidelines
- Reliable attendance and availability to work 5 days/week, including some Saturdays

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
