Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with various manufacturing processes and machinery, including fastener machines, stamping presses, and assembly tasks. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain factory machinery
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Safely operate various equipment, tools, machinery
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with fastener machines, stamping presses, and assembly processes is advantageous.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds
