Overview
We are seeking a Machine Operator - Roll Former to join our manufacturing team at our Saint Clair, Missouri, facility. This full-time position offers consistent hours and an opportunity to grow with a company that values family, tradition, an excellence.
Responsibilities
- Operate roll forming machinery to produce high-quality gutter and gutter guard components
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following safety guidelines
- Document production metrics, including output and downtime
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Assist in routine maintenance of machinery and report issues as needed
- Operate an air stapler
Skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to consistently lift up to 40 lbs and stand for 8 hours
- Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Must be willing to work effectively with a cohesive team and be an excellent team member
- A great attitude and desire to learn new skills
