Schedule: 9:30PM - 6:00AM Monday - Friday, daily overtime as needed.
When overtime is needed the hours are 7:30PM - 6:00AM. Saturday overtime as needed. Peak overtime required from Mid-September through Mid-December

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery within our facility, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery on the assembly line, ensuring adherence to safety standards and production schedules.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery as they arise.
- Conduct quality control checks using tools such as micrometers to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Effectively perform mail equipment processing – converting post-press product into finished product by following job ticket instructions.
- Responsible for ensuring that mail equipment is operating efficiently while producing product that conforms to a quality standard.
- Accurately setup equipment to meet specific customer requirements.
- Perform and document quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
- Retrieve cores, boxes, and other supplies and materials for the equipment and daily operation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand machinery operations.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
