## Duties
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment
- Conduct assessments and participate in standardized testing procedures
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure student success
- Provide physical education and childcare as needed
- Communicate progress and challenges with relevant stakeholders
