We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk to support our daily operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient communication and documentation flow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare and process outgoing mail, including courier and shipping services.
- Maintain accurate logs of mailroom activity.
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering when needed.
- Ensure confidential documents are handled appropriately.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of important materials.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient mailroom environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for tracking and data entry.
- Professional attitude and communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour
