Piper Companies is looking for a Maintenance Associate to join a clinical biopharmaceuticals company located in Manchester, NH.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Associate include:
- Responsible for the regular maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to track equipment history and plan future maintenance needs.
Qualifications for the Maintenance Associate include:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in maintenance/facilities
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
Compensation for the Maintenance Associate includes:
- Rate Range: $20 - $25/hr
