The Neenah-Menasha YMCA is hiring a full-time Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to help take care of our downtown Neenah branch, as well as our Ogden YMCA and day camp property. Our next Maintenance Coordinator needs to be able to care for our buildings and understand pool maintenance, as well as painting, groundskeeping, snow removal and carpentry skills. As a coordinator, you'll work closely with our current Facilities Director and tackle what's needed to keep our facilities operating smoothly. The ideal person would not be intimidated by heights and be able to lift up to 100 lbs. This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule and career growth opportunities.

- High school education or equivalent.
- Prior experience in general facility maintenance, including cleaning.
- Previous staff supervision and mentoring experience.
- Positive communication & customer service skills.
