Work in a scenic location in Estes Park at the Dao House. A Mountain Resort is looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual who can work independently, is a self-starter with ability to lead a team on a variety of projects if necessary. Must be able to multitask, organize and prioritize duties and responsibilities.
Applicant cannot be afraid to get their hands dirty. Some duties may include, and are not limited to:
- General in-house repairs
- Seasonally Shoveling snow and grounds upkeep, mowing
- Cutting firewood and clearing trees and large debris
- Operating a front end loader/back hoe
- Assisting other departments with repairs or general maintenance issues
- Building/repairing fences
- Additional tasks may include some plumbing, electrical and carpentry, depending upon the skill level
- Knowledge or Certification in Waste Management Systems or Drinking Water is a plus
