Join our Raymond Team as a Maintenance Mechanic!
The Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic. In this role, you’ll be to performing routine machinery maintenance tasks by using standard procedure, tools, materials, machines and equipment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment including, but not necessarily limited to, motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, air conditioners, etc.
- Examines mechanical machinery and equipment to diagnose trouble
- Inspects defective machinery and equipment to determine wear or damage
- Disassembles machinery and equipment and repairs or replaces broken parts
- Adjusts functional parts of mechanical machinery and equipment as necessary
- Cleans and lubricates parts. Orders replacement parts
- Inspects completed repairs. Completes disassembly and rebuild of machinery, equipment or subassemblies
- Follows standardized work to complete tasks
- Supports the Company’s 5S program to maintain work area, equipment and supplies in a neat, organized manner
- Makes recommendations to change outdated or ineffective procedures through the kaizen process
- Supports Toyota Production System (TPS) driven processes and activities
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two or more years maintenance mechanic or similar experience
- Experience with repair and measuring equipment
- Experience with tools, gears, machine wiring, welding, and cutting as applied to repair and rebuild work
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles and machine operations
What Sets You Apart:
- CNC Machining Experience
- Experience with basic manual and power tools

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Wage - $25.00 - $32.00 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
