This is a full-time maintenance position at a property in St. Augustine, FL. Our company has served community associations in St. Augustine for decades, and we highly value our maintenance team members who help keep these communities in great shape. We prefer candidates who are skilled and experienced with maintenance; specifically property maintenance.
This position is almost entirely outdoors. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintenance - general repair work, possible pool cleaning/maintenance
- Pool maintenance - cleaning, chemical testing (experienced CPO required)
- Custodial - cleaning common areas/restrooms, trash removal, grounds upkeep (no landscaping)
Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday-Friday
On-call for true emergencies only

- Pool maintenance experience
Qualifications
- Certified Pool Operator License and experience

- Proficiency in facilities maintenance
- Ability to work with schematics and irrigation systems
- Previous handyman experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
