Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of pools, electrical systems, HVAC and PTECH units. This role requires a proactive approach to managing maintenance tasks, ensuring the safety and efficiency of all operations while maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC and PTECH units, and other critical infrastructure.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory management, and reporting.
- Fabricate parts as necessary to support maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Manage Pools
- Train team members on best practices for maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
Skills
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of pools, electrical systems, including the use of voltmeters for diagnostics.
- Proficiency in working with logic controllers and understanding their applications in maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with HVAC and PTECH systems and their operational requirements.
- Ability to fabricate components as needed for repairs or upgrades.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
