RLJ Management Co., Inc. is a growing property management company based out of Columbus. We have properties in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North and South Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, and Florida. We are now hiring Full-Time Maintenance Technician for properties in the Lima area!
Qualifications:
· Must have basic knowledge of property maintenance/upkeep, including unit prep, painting, plumbing, and electrical
· Must have a valid driver's license and be bondable
· Ability to pass a drug test
· Position offers benefits after 90 days, including vacation, PTO, and paid holidays
