About the Role:
Service Technician into help keep our property safe, efficient, and well-maintained. If you have hands-on experience in multiple trades—such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, carpentry, and appliance repair—this is a great opportunity to step into a vital role where your abilities will be recognized and put to good use.
As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for daily upkeep, handling urgent repairs, and ensuring a comfortable, fully functional environment for both tenants and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and carry out preventive and general maintenance tasks
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
- Handle light carpentry, patchwork, and minor roofing repairs
- Maintain and service air conditioning units and household appliances
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in safe working condition
- Respond quickly and professionally to emergency repair requests
- Keep detailed records of maintenance work and escalate major issues to management
- Follow all safety regulations and comply with local building codes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a skilled trade
- High school diploma or completion of technical/vocational training (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
- HVAC or electrical certification is a plus
- Willingness to be on-call for emergency situations
