Maintenance Technician Lithia Springs Resort – Ashland, OR Full-Time | $19–$20/hour | Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Coverage
Lithia Springs Resort, a tranquil retreat in beautiful Ashland, Oregon, is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to help maintain our serene setting and ensure guests enjoy a consistently clean, safe, and comfortable stay.
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily maintenance and janitorial task lists
- Conduct preventative inspections (equipment, fire extinguishers, etc.)
- Maintain spa and pool cleanliness and operation
- Restock towels and manage laundry cycles
- Monitor patio furniture, public spaces, and parking area conditions
- Empty trash bins and oversee janitorial supply inventory
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialty work
- Support seasonal tasks such as de-icing and pest control
- Attend weekly meetings and assist during special events
- Follow safety procedures and resort protocols
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of janitorial or maintenance experience
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and solid communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Basic computer skills required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties including walking, bending, and carrying
