Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess a blend of electrical and mechanical knowledge.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks in residential and commercial buildings
-Pool upkeep
-PMs
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure safety compliance
- Paint residential units as needed
- Welding tasks as required
- Maintain logic controllers and ohmmeters
Skills
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Experience with logic controllers and ohmmeters
- Ability to lead maintenance projects effectively

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
