Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician role with CNC machine experience in Sherwood. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production and CNC machinery to ensure efficient operations.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including CNC equipment.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and documentation.
Assist with the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and OSHA standards.
Promptly respond to maintenance requests and emergencies during swing shift operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support plant efficiency efforts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance, mechatronics, or machining preferred.
Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, including hands-on work with CNC machines.
Solid understanding of electrical schematics, PLCs, and mechanical systems.
Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout a shift.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.
Flexibility to work swing shift hours and occasional overtime or weekend shifts as needed.
