Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things? We’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team as a full time Maintenance Technician!
What You’ll Do:
▪︎Prepare and flip rental units to be move-in ready
▪︎Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally
▪︎Coordinate with vendors and obtain bids for repair or improvement projects
What We’re Looking For:
▪︎A dependable person with a strong work ethic
▪︎Basic maintenance knowledge (painting, repairs, minor plumbing/electrical, etc.)
▪︎Reliable transportation and valid driver's license is a must
▪︎Ability to work independently and manage your time well
