Maintenance Technician
Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Schedule: Mon - Friday, 8am - 5pm, on-call rotation required, typical schedule is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, on call hours are 5pm - 8am

Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:
- Schedule appointments and track work order progress using company software
- Exterior maintenance knowledge (i.e. siding repairs, roofing repairs, etc.) and some construction experience and minor finish work is a plus
- Maintain high level of customer service interacting with internal/external clients
- Use of problem-solving techniques and analytical skills
- Use of a company vehicle to address maintenance work orders at various locations throughout the day
- Support team members, be a team player and be eager to learn
- Track expenses used at job sites
- Understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
- On-call rotation required, typical schedule is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, hours are 5pm - 8am
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Skills
- Basic understanding of general maintenance and construction
- Must have attention to detail skills and excellent written communication skills
- Able to handle multiple priorities and prioritize effectively
- Flexible and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled at functioning independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Active Driver's License required
Physical Requirements
- Employees in this role must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend for prolonged periods.
- Ability to drive to and from a several locations during the day.
- This person must be able to carry and climb ladders and have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Pay Range
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $25 to $35 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon RowCal's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
