About the Role:
· This position is ideal for recent technical school graduates eager to apply hands-on maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting skills in a regulated production environment.
· You’ll be working with electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment, supporting tissue sample processing and preventive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform preventive maintenance on production, quality, and R&D equipment.
· Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
· Conduct equipment calibrations (electrical, pneumatic, analytical instruments).
· Maintain accurate records in CMMS (Maximo) and equipment forms.
· Install equipment and assist with startup and commissioning.
· Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate purchasing.
· Work with external vendors/service contractors for equipment repair or maintenance.
· Respond to environmental and equipment alarms as needed.
Required Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or current enrollment in a technical school program (Industrial Maintenance focus) preferred.
· Up to 2 years of hands-on experience with:
o Electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
o Equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
· Intermediate computer skills (Windows OS); able to navigate CMMS systems like Maximo
· Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and documentation protocols
· Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
· Experience in a biomedical, pharmaceutical, or tissue processing environment
· Familiarity with Maximo or other computerized maintenance management systems

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
