Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the club’s multiple properties to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our members and guests. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in facility maintenance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on club facilities, equipment, and systems across multiple properties.
- Conduct general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
- Maintain the safety and functionality of all common areas, including marinas, docks, pools, dining areas, and event spaces.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to club operations.
- Assist with event setups, breakdowns, and special project installations as needed.
- Keep maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the Facilities Manager and other team members to maintain a high standard of club presentation.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and repair materials.
- Travel between club properties as needed to complete maintenance tasks.
