Coordinates and implements the preventative maintenance and repairs of physical structure and grounds by performing the essential duties and responsibilities outlined below. Must be able to communicate with outside venders including: General construction contractors, HVAC services, plumbers, and electricians.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor.
- Painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, tile, woodwork, and furnishings of building.
- Maintain and repair buildings’ plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses.
- Maintains grass & landscaping as needed.
- Maintains a clean exterior of facility grounds.
- Repairs parking lot and sidewalks with asphalt, cold patching materials, and concrete.
- Maintains snow removal of sidewalks, entrances/exits and emergency exits.
- Develop and communicate facility repair plans and communicate to supervisors.
- Guest room inspections: inspect and repair walls, furniture, bathroom fixtures and flooring as needed.
- Assist other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
- Requisition tools, equipment and supplies.
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Repair and maintain all power equipment and machinery, such a hoses, wiring and belts.
- Preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment and machinery.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Two years of experience in facility maintenance and/or two years of education/training in a maintenance related field; or equivalent combination of both.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
