Join Our Team as a Full-Time Maintenance/Janitorial Specialist!
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking for a stable full-time opportunity? We're hiring a Maintenance/Janitorial Specialist to help us maintain our top-notch storage facilities across the Orange County area.
This full-time position offers around 40 hours per week, primarily during weekdays, with some flexibility to accommodate your preferences. You'll be the backbone of our facility's cleanliness, performing essential duties like sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning. Beyond janitorial tasks, you'll also be involved in painting and light maintenance, gaining valuable experience. A significant aspect of this role is the opportunity to work closely with and learn from our experienced Lead Maintenance Technician, expanding your skill set.
Your primary work locations will be our Tustin and Lake Forest facilities, though you'll also have shifts at our other Orange and LA County sites. We understand the need for reliable transportation, and we'll compensate you for your driving (inquire for details on driving compensation).

Who we're looking for:
- Someone with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- An individual who is comfortable interacting positively with customers.
- A quick learner who can effectively follow instructions.
- A self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Someone with basic knowledge of tools.
Previous self-storage experience isn't necessary – we're happy to train the right person! Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
