Throughout the training program, Management Trainees are actively involved in every part of our business and exposed to all aspects of the electrical distribution field. This challenging program requires a strong commitment from each trainee with an emphasis on sales, leadership, operational excellence, and business development.

Individuals should be self-motivated, sales oriented, geographically flexible, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. A 4 year degree is required--business related strongly preferred.
Starting location: Columbus, NE. Relocation required in Nebraska after the 1st year with employer provided moving package.
