Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Provide training and development for sales associates to enhance their skills and product knowledge
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand
- Conduct wireless sales transactions accurately using a cash register
- Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support the Manager in all aspects of retail management
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales or retail management is preferred
- Strong knowledge of wireless sales and market trends
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions
- Familiarity with training development is a plus
