Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food service industry, particularly in casual and fine dining environments. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Taking client out in the community.
- Self care
- Helping client with daily living
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs effectively.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall dining experience.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and reporting.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Experience
- Proven experience in home health care
- Strong knowledge in care and assistance.
- Experience with team management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
