Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food service industry, particularly in casual and fine dining environments. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a commitment to food safety and quality, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Taking client out in the community.
- Self care
- Helping client with daily living
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs effectively.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall dining experience.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and reporting.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Experience
- Proven experience in home health care
- Strong knowledge in care and assistance.
- Experience with team management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
