Responsibilities

- Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing for peak service times.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process of new team members.
- Coordinate catering services and special events, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in food management or a similar role within the culinary industry.
- Strong supervisory skills with a track record of effective team leadership.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
- Experience in catering services is a plus.
