Compensation:
- Hourly pay plus commission - Hourly $17/hr - $23/hr depending on experience.
- Commission on retail sales and rentals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage inventory, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Build strong relationships with clients, wedding parties, and local vendors.
- Meet sales goals and develop strategies to enhance store performance.
- Handle scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for formalwear, weddings, or event-related industries is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
