Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of manicures and pedicures services, including nail enhancement.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained according to health regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and products to provide clients with innovative services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Assist clients with retail product selections, utilizing knowledge of retail math and color theory to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and adhere to all health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license or certification in nail technology.
- Experience in esthetic laser treatment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices and ability to maintain a clean workspace.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with retail sales strategies and retail math concepts.
- Skills in barbering or hair extensions are advantageous but not mandatory.
- A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing education in nail care trends.
