Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that all manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Assembling Components: Using soldering techniques to connect components to PCBs.
- Quality Control: Inspecting soldered joints and components for defects.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving soldering issues.
- Using Specialized Tools: Operating soldering irons, and other electric equipment
- Following Diagrams: Interpreting blueprints and diagrams to ensure accurate assembly.
- Precision: Working with small components and requiring a steady hand for precise soldering.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various types of machinery, especially soldering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
