Responsibilities:
Reception & Customer Experience:
Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and professional first impression. Manage visitor logs and ensure a tidy and welcoming reception area.- Phone & Email Management: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Provide accurate information about Soulman's products, services, and locations. Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments.
- Donation & Sponsorship Management: Respond to, fulfill, and meticulously track all donation and sponsorship requests, ensuring alignment with Soulman's community initiatives.
Marketing Support:
Social Media Support: Assist in supporting social media efforts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring social media channels.- Digital Signage Management: Manage and update digital signage content across all locations, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
- Internal Newsletter: Create and distribute an engaging internal newsletter to keep employees informed about company news, events, and updates.
- Fundraiser Spirit Night Coordination: Respond to and coordinate all fundraiser spirit night requests, ensuring successful execution and positive community impact.
- Reputation Management: Support and report on reputation management efforts, monitoring online reviews and responding appropriately.
- Marketing Material Support: Assist in the organization and distribution of marketing materials.
- Meeting & Training Attendance: Attend all requested marketing meetings and training sessions to stay informed and enhance skills.
Content Creation Experience with various content formats (e.g., blogs, social media posts, videos). Generate, edit, publish, and share content (e.g., text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with brand goals.- Content Management: Organize, and maintain a library of high-quality images for marketing and promotional use.
Administrative Support:
General Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and mail distribution.- Report Generation: Assist in the generation of reports related to marketing activities, customer feedback, and donation tracking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Additional skills preferred:
Experience or training in graphic design, preferably within a marketing context.- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
