Duties
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.), email, and e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Support content marketing efforts by creating engaging copy for blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Create content through storytelling techniques to create an immersive experience.
- Be willing to sell to prospective buyers through interactions on all social media platforms.
- Be patient with prospective clients and customers, listen to wants and needs, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with major in marketing or advertising
- Strong interest in marketing with a foundational understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems is a plus.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficient in copywriting with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Experience or knowledge in social media marketing strategies and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to marketing automation and performance marketing techniques.
