Fielding Law, APC is looking for a Marketing Associate who is a true cheerleader for the brand—someone who lives and breathes our mission and ensures our online presence reflects it. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategy, and hands-on execution to elevate our brand across social media and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Engage – Ensure all social media content is posted and interact with posts using your account to foster engagement.
- Content Creation – Capture photos and videos with a fun, creative perspective, even on the most routine office days. Pull engaging content from everyday moments.
- Social Media Growth – Analyze social media performance, track analytics, and develop strategies for increasing engagement and visibility. Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to showcase our brand.
- Brand Storytelling – Get to know the attorneys and leadership team to highlight them in an authentic and compelling way.
- Message Clarity – Write social media captions that make sense at a glance. If someone scrolls past our content, it should be clear, engaging, and on-brand.
- Blog Development – Brainstorm and write compelling blog topics that attract readers, rank well on SEO, and make people want to call us. Craft catchy titles and articles that convert readers into clients.
- Service-Based Marketing – Unlike product marketing, this role requires showcasing why we are the right choice, not just what we do. You will craft messaging that builds trust and makes our services the clear solution.
You will work closely with the Director of Creative and Marketing, who may not be in the office but is always available for collaboration and regular communication. Your voice matters here—your ideas and insights are valued, and we encourage you to share them.
