The Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our marketing efforts—making sure campaigns, content, and events move from concept to completion. You’ll work directly with the Head of Strategy and collaborate closely with our in-house designer to create and coordinate materials that bring the GBS brand to life across digital, print, events, and sales channels.
You’ll keep projects organized, stakeholders informed, and deadlines on track, ensuring our story reaches the right audiences—consistently, clearly, and with impact.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and track marketing initiatives across social media, website, email, events, and sales enablement materials.
- Keep campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables organized and visible for the team.
- Partner with the designer to ensure all content reflects the GBS brand voice and visual identity.
Content & Platform Management
- Manage social media posting schedules, write or edit copy, and monitor engagement.
- Assist with updating website content, case studies, and news to reflect current projects and wins.
- Repurpose sales wins, client stories, and project highlights into marketing assets for various platforms.
Event & Sales Support
- Coordinate logistics and promotion for events, sponsorships, and industry participation.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral to support sales campaigns and vertical-focused initiatives.
- Ensure sales materials remain up-to-date, aligned to strategy, and ready for use.
Collaboration & Communication
- Liaise with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and partners to gather information and approvals.
- Help maintain alignment between sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Provide progress updates and recommendations for improving efficiency in marketing execution.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of marketing experience in a corporate, agency, or B2B environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent writing and editing skills; able to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management, CMS tools, and marketing analytics.
- Bonus: Experience with design tools.
