Gold Bar Spirits Company is an award-winning and fast-growing craft spirits brand, known for our distinctive products and bold approach to marketing. With two brand-new Distillery and Visitor Center locations in the Bay Area, we produce and distribute a variety of premium spirits across California and around the world. We’re proud partners of major local organizations including the San Francisco 49ers, BayFC, Cal Bears, and more.
We’re looking for a driven, organized, and creative Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life through unforgettable experiences and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute third-party activations with external partners (festivals, concerts, sporting events, corporate experiences, etc.)
- Plan and manage events at our Distillery and Visitor Centers (concerts, markets, watch parties, private functions)
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including cross-department communications, vendor coordination, deliveries, and print production
- Assist with campaign and partnership execution, from on-the-ground logistics to digital rollout
- Collaborate on initiatives with key partners including the 49ers, Quakes, Cal Bears, BayFC, Oakland First Fridays, and more

- Results-driven and able to take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, event-based schedule)
- Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with a hybrid schedule - splitting time between remote work, office, and in-the-field activations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in event marketing, field marketing, or brand activations is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
