Purpose
The Marketing Coordinator is a high-impact creative and strategic contributor who helps drive Prospera's brand visibility, voice, and engagement. This role leads content development across platforms, manages select campaigns and projects, and collaborates across departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with credit union goals.
Responsibilities:
- Content StrategyCreation Own the development of content that aligns with brand standards and supports business objectives. This includes writing, design, and especially video production for social media and digital channels.
- Social Media Leadership Manage day-to-day social media planning, scheduling, publishing, and engagement. Ensure a consistent, engaging brand voice and visual identity. Lead video-first campaigns, and report on performance. Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to keep Prospera's presence fresh, relevant, and effective.
- CampaignProject Coordination Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and communications in collaboration with leadership and branch teams. Ensure timelines, assets, and messaging are aligned.
- Internal CommunicationsBrand Support Act as a brand steward internally by creating and sharing updates via the intranet and staff communication tools. Develop messaging, visuals, and resources for internal use.
- VendorBranch Collaboration Oversee coordination of print and digital materials, monthly branch promo support, and third-party vendor communications (e.g., statement messaging, digital signage).
- Marketing Team Collaboration Support the Director of Marketing in various duties of the department as requested.

QualificationsSkills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated content and project leadership
- Strong portfolio of social media and video content creation
- Proficient in social platforms, analytics, scheduling tools, and trends
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Strong graphic design skills. Canva and Adobe Creative suite a plus
- WordPress or website CMS experience a plus
- Creative thinker with strong organization and project management skills
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
