Marketing Manager
Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a regular publishing calendar for social media, email, and website content.
- Manager the Social Media Specialist and Content Creators to ensure timely and high-quality communication across all platforms that reflects our brand voice.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
- Own the creation and distribution of regular newsletters to donors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure messaging is consistent, informative, and aligned with current campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage the production of visually compelling marketing materials that support campaigns, fundraising, and general awareness.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create or oversee slide decks and presentations for external and internal audiences.
- Collaborate with the Development team to craft co-branded campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
- Develop partnership marketing strategies to expand reach and impact.
- Support communications and materials for grant proposals, impact reports, and donor engagement.
- Plan and promote community-facing and partner-driven events to increase visibility and participation.
- Coordinate marketing materials, signage, and post-event content to maximize impact.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure communications are aligned and support org-wide priorities.
- Help unify internal and external messaging across programs and departments.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5+ years in marketing, communications, or related field; nonprofit or social impact experience a plus.
- Design Skills: Strong design sensibility and proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Copywriting: Excellent written communication skills with a knack for turning complex ideas into compelling stories.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate across teams.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to see the big picture and connect content with audience needs and organizational goals.
- Events & Partnerships: Experience supporting or leading event marketing and external partnerships.
- Brand Stewardship: Strong understanding of how to grow and maintain a cohesive brand identity.
