Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Marketing Specialist to join our team, supporting the dual pillars of company education initiatives and in-house media production, while also providing strategic marketing support for our real estate agents. This multifaceted role will work closely with our studio team, education leaders, and agents to create engaging content, promote training programs, manage social media presence, and deliver high-impact marketing materials that elevate the brand and drive business growth.

You will play a critical role in helping our agents stand out in a competitive market by equipping them with strategic tools, creative assets, and ongoing consultation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Education & Training Marketing Support
- Promote internal training programs, workshops, and educational content for agents and staff.
- Collaborate with education leaders to develop marketing plans and timelines for course rollouts.
- Design flyers, email campaigns, and presentation decks for training events and certification programs.
- Track engagement and feedback on training campaigns to optimize future outreach.
2. Studio & Production Support
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule and promote video shoots, podcasts, webinars, and internal media projects.
- Manage behind-the-scenes logistics and post-production marketing efforts including teasers and launch campaigns.
- Ensure content aligns with brand standards and is strategically distributed across platforms.
3. Agent Marketing Support
- Serve as a marketing resource to agents, providing them with templates, best practices, and one-on-one guidance.
- Customize listing marketing materials (flyers, social posts, email blasts) to support agents’ branding and visibility.
- Host periodic “Marketing Office Hours” or training sessions to educate agents on tools and trends.
- Design and execute listing campaigns, open house promotions, and farming strategies tailored to agent needs.
- Assist agents in developing and refining personal brand identities, including logos, bios, and marketing templates.
- Educate agents on tools/platforms such as Canva, CRM systems, MLS integrations, and social media marketing best practices.
4. Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Develop and maintain a social media calendar to promote educational events, agent success stories, and studio content.
- Create visually appealing, on-brand content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Track social media analytics to assess campaign success and identify improvement areas.
- Experiment with emerging formats (Reels, Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for engagement.
5. Corporate Marketing Collateral & Campaigns
- Create custom and templated digital and print marketing materials (flyers, brochures, postcards, social graphics, email campaigns).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and high visual standards.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in a marketing or media role; real estate or education industry experience is a plus.
· Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
· Proficiency in CRMs (SkySlope, Bold Trail, Salesforce, HubSpot etc.)
· Proficiency in email marketing (MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
· Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
· Experience managing content calendars and social platforms.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video content creation or real estate photography.
- Experience supporting real estate professionals or education programs.
- Familiarity with video production workflows.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and lead generation best practices.
- Familiarity with printing processes and vendor coordination.
- Passion for learning, storytelling, and helping others succeed through great content.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
