Responsibilities:
- Update and distribute materials regarding our products and promotions
- Assist with inside sales efforts
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information
- Communicate directly with clients, fostering strong relationships
- Schedule meetings and coordinate travel details
- Support database and mailing list maintenance
- Manage inventory and directories of marketing, sales, and office support materials
- Prepare documents, take notes, and input data
- Arrange meetings and travel itineraries
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High School diploma
