Marshfield Nursing Assistant Needed for Home Care($18.00 per hour)
Community Horizons is assisting a wonderful Marshfield member in finding a dependable caregiver to assist with morning personal care and household needs. Job Type: Part-time
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Needed Shift Coverage
· Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays
· Morning 9:00am - 11:00am,
· Afternoon: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
· Evening: 7:00 pm-9:00 pm or 8:00 pm- 10:00 pm.
· Other pick-up shifts may be available on other days not noted
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Personal care as needed and requested
- Bed baths and incontinent care
- Transfers in and out of bed
- Performing specialized procedures such as airway management
- Meal preparation
- Cleaning and laundry
Member Requested Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant or comparable experience
- Experience and comfort with using a Hoyer lift
- Experience and comfort with transfers
- Favorable Background Check
- Pet-friendly
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Patient, empathetic, with strong people skills
- Good sense of humor
- Observant, committed, and dependable
